The wedding will take place at Kapoor’s home in Vastu, Bandra. “It will almost certainly take place on the seventh floor. It’s a very low-key, intimate wedding. Only 45-50 people have been invited to the wedding ceremony, including the couple’s family members and close friends, including filmmakers Karan Johar and director Ayan Mukerji,” the source confirmed. Only guests and photographers will have access to the floor where the wedding will take place, and there will be a no-phone policy in place for everyone.

According to sources, Alia Bhatt will wear a pink lehenga by designer Sabyasachi, with a dupatta by her close friend and designer Manish Malhotra. The entire wedding will be light-toned and pastel in colour. Guests will be served a variety of cuisines, ranging from chaat to Kashmiri dishes. “The majority of it will be quick bites, and there will also be a chaiwala,” an insider says.
