In a recently
released promo of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 10, Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit is seen
teaching dance steps to Tanzanian social media influencer Kili Paul. In the
promo, Madhuri expresses her wish to dance with Paul, following which she
teaches him steps to her 1994 Anjam song Channe Ke Khet Mein. Paul gained fame
on social media after his dance videos on Indian songs went viral.

Madhuri Dixit,
along with Karan Johar, and Nora Fatehi are the judges of the ongoing season
and the show is hosted by Manish Paul.

Nene is an Indian actress and dancer. One of the most popular and acclaimed actresses,
she has appeared in over 70 films, earning over 50 awards throughout her
career. She was also awarded the Padma Shri in 2008 by the Government of India.
She has been featured in Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list every year since 2012.

was born on May 15, 1967, in Bombay (present-day Mumbai). The actress celebrated
her 55th birthday this year.


Madhuri Dixit was born into a Marathi family to Shankar and
Snehlata Dixit. She has two elder sisters and an elder brother.

In October 1999, Dixit married Shriram Madhav Nene, a
cardiovascular surgeon from Los Angeles, California. Dixit gave birth to their
first son, Arin in 2003, and their second son, Ryan in 2005. After living in Colorado
for over ten years following her marriage, she relocated to Mumbai with her
family in 2011.

Madhuri made her onscreen debut in 1984 in the Bollywood film
Abodh which was a commercial failure. After a series of box-office flops, Dixit
gained critical and commercial acclaim when she starred as Mohini in the 1988 blockbuster
Tezaab alongside Anil Kapoor. Becoming one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films,
the movie established Dixit as a leading actress in the industry. She reunited
with Kapoor in the 1989 super-hit Ram-Lakhan. In 1994, her movie Hum Aapke Hai
Koun..! alongside Salman Khan, became the highest-grossing movie in the history
of Indian cinema, breaking the record of Sholay. The 1997 blockbuster Dil Toh
Pagal Hai co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Karishma Kapoor earned her further success.
Dixit’s portrayal of Chandramukhi in the 2002 Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas gained
her several awards. The film also became India’s official entry to the Academy
. She made her onscreen comeback five years later with Aaja Nachle which
was a box-office failure but gained praise for her performance.
