Madhuri Dixit, who had a spectacular comeback with Hindi and Marathi films and has served as a judge on dance reality programmes, is now preparing for her digital debut. Last year, Netflix revealed that her first web series, ‘Finding Anamika’, would be released soon. Following the release of a teaser, producer Karan Johar stated on Thursday that the series has been renamed to ‘The Fame Game’, and a new poster has been released.

Karan took to social media to showcase the fresh new poster and title. He penned, “Behind the curtain of celebrity and stardom, there is always a hidden truth. What is this truth in Bollywood’s biggest star Anamika Anand’s life? We’ll have more information soon. The ‘The Fame Game’ series premieres on Netflix on February 25th! #TheFameGame.”
Madhuri will play Anamika Anand in ‘The Fame Game’, a real superstar who vanishes without a trace. “As authorities and loved ones investigate her disappearance, her meticulously manufactured mask is peeled away, revealing hidden truths and tragic lies in the life of a legendary actress,” according to the synopsis.
