Prince Harry appeared on The Late Show hosted by Stephen
Colbert to promote his book Spare where the Royal Family has been targeted
and joked about.

Host Colbert joked about the late queen by saying, “Stock
up on corgis and steal a priceless cultural treasure from one of your colonies
because The Late Show is going imperial.”

The Late Show’s host also took a dig at the Duke of Sussex by
calling him his royal Harryness. He even said, “To be rejected by his
older brother at school even though that magic hat sorted them into the same
house. What do you think? Hufflepuff? Gryffindor?”

Colbert talked about Prince Harry’s book Spare, compared him
with Harry Potter, and said that it is available in a “commemorative plate.”

Prince was seen having tequila shots in the leaked pictures
from Colbert’s show.

Brand expert Nick Ede told Daily Mail that Harry has left himself open to “ridicule” by choosing The Late Show to sell his book, which gives “perfect ammunition” for Colbert.

He said: “Stephen Colbert is well known for poking fun at his guests and with Harry, he has the perfect ammunition to fire in all directions – at Harry himself and the royal family. The problem with all of the attention that Harry is getting and creating himself is that he’s saturating the market and in doing so diluting his appeal and mystique and inadvertently building the appeal of the British Royal Family.”

Omid Scobie, the biographer of the couple, told ITV’s This Morning: “People want to see Harry and Meghan in a happy place, it’s all very 2020 still but now people want to see them move on and see them in 2023.”

Prince Harry’s popularity has also fallen in a month’s time
after making claims against the royal family. In a poll conducted by YouGov on
January 5 and 6, the duke of Sussex’s favourability has been majorly dropped. His
negative opinion rating has risen by 5 percent whereas his positive opinion rating
has fallen by 7 percent.
