A quick glimpse at Saturday’s trends list explains why #SiwaySRK is buzzing on Twitter. Saturday’s trend list on Twitter is buzzing with #SiwaySRK. Well, if it wasn’t for the recent advertisement featuring Shah Rukh Khan, we wouldn’t have known that the king of Bollywood could also have FOMO (fear of missing out).

Filmmaker Karan Johar shared a video on Twitter and wrote: “Never thought I’d see the day when even the Baadshah of Bollywood feels FOMO. Now I’ve seen everything.” To this, SRK responded with a dialogue from his film Om Shanti Om and tweeted with the hashtag #SiwaySRK, “Hmmmm… Picture toh abhi baaki hai….mere doston.”

In fact, Ranveer Singh also posted the same video on Twitter with the caption,”Inka sans of humour to alag hai Bhaisahab. Shah Rukh Khan ko bhi FOMO ho sakta hai?” adding the hashtag #SiwaySRK.

Well, what exactly happened?

SRK featured in an advertisement that shows a crowd cheering for him, as actor Rajesh Jais stands behind and keenly observes. The Bollywood king asks him if he has ever seen such a large number of fans gather outside any one’s house. Rajesh Jais responds to it and says, “Not yet but things can change.” Because SRK asks him what he meant by that, Rajesh adds that all the other stars, including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, and Sanjay Dutt, have their shown on streaming platforms. Oh, all stars “Siway SRK” (except SRK).

While it has definitely paved the way for endless speculations, one can only hope that SRK is close to making his digital debut.

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in 2018 film Zero, alongside Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. The actor has been working on the much-awaited film Pathan, co-starring Deepika Padukone. Furthermore, SRK has also co-produced Alia Bhatt’s Darlings, marking her debut as a film producer.
