Businessman Raj Kundra‘s wife and actor Shilpa Shetty on Tuesday wrote a powerful message on social media soon after her husband was released on bail in connection with an alleged pornography case. Though the post is a part of Shetty’s regular Yoga series that she put up on social media, it carries a strong and hopeful message that reflects her current situation.

In the post, the actor also posted a picture of herself performing a yoga position along with the quote, ‘Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.’ The quote was attributed to Chinese philosopher Confucius.

However, what caught the social media users’ attention was the caption alongside the post.

“There are always going to be moments that push you to the ground. In times like these, I truly believe that if you fall seven times, make yourself strong enough to be able to stand back up eight times,” wrote Shetty on Instagram.

“This rise will demand a lot of courage, grit, willpower, and strength during some of your most difficult moments. But, these qualities will only make you more resilient and robust in this journey called life. Every time that you rise back up, you will come back with renewed determination and motivation to make even the impossible possible,” the caption added.

The same message was also shared from Shetty’s Twitter account.

The post came just minutes after Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra was released on bail from Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail on Tuesday morning after spending 62 days in prison.

 Chief Metropolitan Magistrate SB Bhajipale allowed Raj Kundra’s bail application on Monday on furnishing a bond of Rs 50,000.

Shilpa Shetty, who has been posting her thoughts on social media since her husband’s detention, shared a hopeful message on Monday as well after Kundra’s bail was accepted.

The post saying beautiful things can happen after a bad storm read, “Rainbows exist to prove that beautiful things can happen after a bad storm.” 

Kundra was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films.
