Since their engagement to her bachelorette party, Biles has kept fans thoroughly updated with her wedding ceremonies. The Olympian gymnast has involved her followers in the process, making sure to thoroughly enjoy her wedding process.
In the latest update, the power couple confirmed that they have received their marriage license. After getting the license, Biles and Owens got cocktails, with the latter sharing a video of the same.

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens met through the dating app Raya in March 2020. In June 2021, the Houston Texas safety told Texas Monthly, “I didn’t know who she was. I just hadn’t heard of her, and when I told her that, that’s one of the things she liked.”
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 Olympics got pushed back a year and the break in Biles’ training schedule allowed the couple to get closer.
The two made it official through an Instagram post in August 2020. “It’s just us,” Biles captioned two adorable photos of the couple.
Owens and Biles spent Christmas 2020 and New Year together to conclude a though year.

Owens wrote a tribute to Biles on Instragram after her decision to withdraw from the individual all-around finals during the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2021.
