Former WWE Chairperson and CEO Vince McMahon is planning a
comeback to the company, with plans to sell the WWE. McMahon’s plan included
electing himself, along with former Co-President George Barrios and Michelle
Wilson, to the company’s board of directors, according to The Wall Street
Journal. He has now issued a press release on having submitted written consent
to the WWE Board to elect himself, Barrios, and Wilson as Directors.

In McMahon’s absence, his daughter Stephanie McMahon took
over as Chairperson along with the Co-CEO position joined by Nick Khan, who is
also Co-CEO. Stephanie’s husband Paul “Triple H” Levesque took charge of the
WWE creative team as the Chief Content Officer, which means he was in charge of
Raw, Smackdown, and WWE’s main roster.
