Being a powerful combatant and showing your prowess to dominate is crucial in Star Wars. In a galaxy that is far, far away, being unable to hold your own in combat means your prospects of survival are pretty meek, particularly in locations frequented by smugglers and bounty hunters.
Despite that, whether power is derived from hand-to-hand battles, weaponized technology, or the mystical energy that connects all living things, the distinctions are sometimes exaggerated.
Granted, a Jedi has a lightsaber and a plethora of Force techniques at their disposal, but any fan knows that a cunning Mandalorian dressed in Beskar will not go down without a fight.
As Season 3 of ‘The Mandalorian’ is about to hit the screens, we have come up with the Top five Mandalorian Characters and we have ranked them accordingly.
1) Moff Gideon
Moff Gideon displays his prowess in terms of the resources he has at his disposal, having the might of the empire, or what remains of it, behind him.

His mental fortitude is also not to be underestimated. He has Din Djarin earn the sabre via fight, which causes a schism between him and Bo Katan. While the two Mandalorians remain comrades, there is undeniable friction between them.

His Dark Troopers also required Jedi Luke Skywalker to bring them down in The Rescue, indicating the seriousness of the threat he presents. Fighting is where Gideon falls short, as he is quickly defeated by Din Djarin. Would his inability to fight prove his undoing?
2) Paz Vizsla
Paz Vizsla, like other Mandalorians, is a physically powerful character with several fighting talents and abilities.
He is a deadly character introduced in ‘The Mandalorian’ who believes he has a right to the Darksaber due to his relationship to House Vizsla. Fans may recall that his relative, Pre Vizsla, formerly possessed the Darksaber, as seen in ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’, and that it began with Tarre Vizsla a long time ago.
Unfortunately, nothing is known about his combat abilities, and he ultimately loses against Din Djarin in The Book of Boba Fett.
3) The Armorer
The Armorer, like Paz Vizsla, is a Mandalorian and hence possesses the extraordinary physical abilities that this cultural group is known for.
She is very adept in The Book of Boba Fett and can annihilate an opponent with merciless fury. She even defeated Din Djarin in hand-to-hand fighting and is said to have annihilated a whole squadron of stormtroopers. Unfortunately, Din Djarin was distracted by his wish to be reunited with his son, Grogu, throughout this The Book of Boba Fett episode.

Given the few situations in which she has shown her actual talent, judging her is tough.
4) Fennec Shand
Fennec Shand is another newcomer to the franchise who has quickly become a fan favourite. She is a great marksman and athlete, and as seen in The Bad Batch, she has some long-standing bounty hunter talents.

Among her fellow bounty hunters, she also has a formidable reputation. When she first appeared in ‘The Mandalorian’, the reputation of this extremely adept mercenary was enough to make Din Djarin reconsider attempting to capture her. Although being partially blinded by the flash charges, she is an expert with weaponry, particularly sniper rifles, and was able to effectively shoot Djarin off his bike from a wide distance.
5) Din Djarin
Din Djarin is a competent warrior, as seen in ‘The Mandalorian’. Already in the first season, he demonstrated his abilities when he rescued Grogu from the hands of the empire.

In The Return of the Mandalorian, he tracks and kills a bounty using swift hand-to-hand fighting and the hefty Darksaber, displaying his skill as a fighter and warrior by defeating a room full of opponents.
When under peril, Din is swift and resolute, and he finds inventive ways to attain his objectives. He also possesses a variety of weaponry and the capacity to defeat opponents that others believe are insurmountable, like as the Krayt Dragon on Tatooine.
