Anakin Skywalker’s seamless transition from his character to Darth Vader from the Clone Wars in Ahsoka Episode 5 delighted fans.

Here are some of the reactions:

The last episode ended with a cliffhanger where Ahsoka came face to face with Anakin Skywalker in the World Between Worlds. In this episode, he told Ahsoka that she still had a chance to live and offered to finish her training. He then drew his lightsaber and attacked her.

He sliced out the bridge from under her feet, and she fell into a red mist. Ahsoka found herself returning to the Clone Wars and becoming a teenager again as the mist cleared. They seem to be on one of their first missions.

Ahsoka drew her green lightsaber and charged into battle with Skywalker. As she looked over her men, most of whom were injured or dead, she recalled that as a Jedi, she was trained to be a soldier, not a peacekeeper.

Ahsoka said that she wanted to stop fighting. Skywalker mentioned that she would die if she did. As the battle began, she caught a glimpse of Darth Vader in the distance in the smoke and carnage.

Is Anakin Darth Vader?
