Born on 23rd April 1961, George Edward Lopez is set to star in DC’s Extended Universe’s fourteenth superhero movie, Blue Beetle. 

He is a famous American standup comedian and actor best known for appearing in his self-produced ABC sitcom, The George Lopez Show. Born in California, Lopez was born in Mission Hills, California.

George Lopez married actress and producer Ann Serrano in 1993. The couple has a daughter, Mayan, who was born 3 years after their marriage. George Lopez was diagnosed with a genetic disorder that led to kidney failure. When the doctors told him he would require a kidney transplant, Ann Serrano donated her kidney to Lopez in 2005.
