Who is Victoria Triece?

Born in 1992, Victoria Triece is an OnlyFans model from Orlando. Triece has two sons, who are aged 5 and 10. Triece was barred from volunteering at a school event that her sons attend. According to court records, Triece filed a lawsuit against Orange County Public Schools on January 24, 2023. Triece is seeking damages in excess of $100,000 and has requested a jury trial. According to ClickOrlando, Triece had previously threatened to sue the school board for more than $1 million.

According to court documents, Triece, whose sons are 5 and 10 years old, has been a recognised volunteer at Sand Lake Elementary for the past five years.

According to a lawsuit submitted on January 24, 2023, Trice was informed by the school principal in October 2021 that she could no longer be on school property. The action was taken after the principal of the school found out in July a few months before that Triece had a private subscription service on the pornographic website OnlyFans.

On Thursday, Trice told reporters, “It’s not my whole life. “That’s a part of my life, but it’s not my life as a father or a mother,” the speaker said.

She continued, “Having my mother there was the best thrill growing up because she did it for me.

In the case, John W. Zielinski, an attorney with NeJame Law in Orlando, charged the school system with civil sexual harassment and invasion of privacy.

Triece’s suspension from the volunteer programme, according to Zielinski, was without cause because the only requirement for exclusion is the presence of a criminal record, which Trice does not have.

According to Zielinski in the complaint, individuals connected to or employed by the school district disseminated Triece’s images in an effort to “demean and degrade her.” Subscribers to OnlyFans agree not to distribute the content without the author’s permission.

“A reasonable person would find the OCPS publication of [Triece’s] private photos highly offensive, and it is not of public concern,” Zielinski said. “[Triece’s] public persona and lifestyle are not impediments to her ability to carry out her motherly duties.”

Triece thanked her supporters on TikTok and described the conflict as the “hardest 15 months” of her life.

Orange County Public Schools Superintendent Barbara M. Jenkins has until February 15 to respond to the lawsuit.
