The Aadhaar website crash reported on Wednesday on the day of the PAN-Aadhaar linking deadline. The technical failure of government sites on the D-day left Twitter users frustrated as they attempted to do the needful.

The Aadhar website crash came after the Income Tax department of India website on Wednesday stopped responding at around 11 am on Wednesday.

While some users complained about the poor web infrastructure on the government’s part, many urged the Centre to extend the date of PAN-Aadhaar linking.
