A luxury bag company owner from Mumbai bumped into a funny incident when Amazon India delivered him a smartphone instead of a mouthwash, and when he tried to return the smartphone, he couldn’t as mouthwash fell under consumable product.

Lokesh Daga, owner of Nasher Miles, which is the licensed travel partner of IPL’s Chennai Super Kings, wrote a tweet saying, “Hello @amazonIN Ordered a Colgate mouth wash via ORDER # 406-9391383-4717957 and instead of that got a @RedmiIndia note 10. Since mouthwash is a consumable product returns are restricted and am unable to request for return via the app.”
