Christmas is here and
so is the holiday fun but very few realize that putting together the best
Christmas track is as important as finalizing your menu for the special day.
While some songs are forever imprinted in the hearts of many, there are other
beautiful numbers that can be explored to give a treat to music lovers.

Let’s look at some of
the Christmas tracks straight from Hollywood:

“All I Want for
Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey:

Even after twenty five years of its
release, Mariah Carey’s ultimate holiday song is still the go-to tune to get
any party started. So how about adding the same fervor in your celebration too?

Elvis Presley’s ‘Blue
Christmas’:

The 1992 Christmas compilation album consists of songs sung by
American singer and musician. Elvis is accompanied by the vocal group the
Jordanaires on every song. The song gave Elvis his highest-charting Billboard
Single Since 1978.

Home Alone (1990) and
Home Alone 2: Lost In New York (1992):

Loved by a generation of 90s kids, ‘Home
Alone’ and its sequel consisted of a lively score from John Williams, some fit
perfectly to the Christmas tune, especially those from part 2. It won’t be hard for you
to recall that while Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) dodged bandits Harry
and Marv in the streets of midtown, a collection of contemporary holiday came cascading to heighten the mood of the scene. The score included the 1986 recording of
‘It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas’ by Johnny Mathis.

Love Actually (2003):

This holiday classic film was awash with musical who’s who, including Dido,
Sugababes, Kelly Clarkson, and Norah Jones who helped the soundtrack. As for
the more festive tunes, the holiday soundtrack features numbers for dramatic
moments, from Joni Mitchell’s ‘Both Sides, Now’ to Norah Jones ‘Turn Me On’,
from the latter’s breakthrough album, ‘Come Away With Me’.

“Like It’s
Christmas” by the Jonas Brothers:

The Jo Bros released the track in 2019,
making it the first-holiday hit from Nick, Kevin, and Joe in more than a decade
(the last one they released was “Girl of My Dreams” in 2007).
