The
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday declared results for the
allotment of houses under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021. The allotment was done
through the process of draw which was telecasted live in presence of senior
officials. The candidates who had applied for a property under the scheme can check the results on the DDA website.

The DDA in a notification said that it had more than 22,000 applications for the housing scheme which was announced in January this year. The last date for submitting the application for was February 16.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to check the DDA results.

1- Visit the official website of the Delhi Development Authority. Here’s the website link- www.dda.org.in.  

2- Go to the homepage of the DDA website and look for ‘Online Public Service’ section. Under the section, you will find a sub head by the name of ‘Draw Result of DDA Housing Scheme 2021’, click on this header.

3- A complete list of all the allotees will open in a new window

4- Use Control+F (Ctrl+f) command if you are struggling to find your name in the list.

The agency has also put out a list of wait listed candidates under the scheme. The list can be assessed on DDA website right under the ‘Draw Result of DDA Housing Scheme 2021’ option.

The 1,354 flats that are on offer under the scheme are at locations such as Dwarka, Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Manglapuri and Rohini. The most expensive ones are worth Rs 2.14 crore in the high-income group category. Most number of flats, 757, have been offered in the middle-income group (MIG) category. Officials earlier said that they received payments from around 22,500 applicants.

High Income Group (HIG) flats are available in two types, three bedrooms, hall and kitchen (BHK) and two BHK categories, while MIG flats are in the two BHK category.
