FAU-G: Fearless and United Guards, the Indian replacement to popular royale battle game PUBG Mobile, has been finally launched on the occasion of India’s 72nd Republic Day.

Sharing a detailed trailer of FAU-G on Twitter, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar wrote, “Face the enemy. Fight for your country. Protect Our Flag. India’s most anticipated action game, Fearless and United Guards: FAU-G takes you to the frontlines and beyond! Start your mission today.”

The ‘Khiladi’ actor also shared the link through which fans can download the game on their devices.

FAU-G was first announced in September last year soon after the Indian government banned the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) along with more than 100 other Chinese apps amid the border tensions with Beijing.

A product of Bengaluru-based company nCORE games, Fau-G’s theme is based on the Galwan valley conflict since the first day. Indian troops against the Public Liberation Army, fighting in the snow-fed peaks in Ladakh is supposed to evoke a sense of national pride.

Last week, the developers had said that the game has clocked over 4 million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store. The game is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
