Actor Milind Soman posted yet another motivational video on Instagram doing six-finger pullups, motivating his fans to stay fit and exercise. He has previously shared several videos of himself working out and coupled the same with his thoughts on health, fitness, mental balance, and sometimes even the pandemic at large.

Milind has been inspiring his fans to take up fitness as a way of lifestyle by sharing pictures from his running session or his simple home workouts. Milind Soman’s workout videos have seen him exercising with watermelons, ancient Indian workout accessories.

He recovered from COVID-19 last month, and since then he is on the journey of getting back to his fittest self and his daily exercise routine. He started with normal arm pull-ups some time ago.

The supermodel also posted a video on Instagram bare-chested where he showed three fingers on each hand to the camera and then holding the pull-ups bar with those six fingers and starting his exercise.

He did 8 repetitions and in the caption, he mentioned that he repeated the set thrice. “It’s up to us to understand our mental and physical weaknesses and make lifestyle and attitude choices to ensure we do not suffer due to them,” Milind says.
