The spacious apartment is located in the Sagar Resha residential tower on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th levels. The quadruplex includes an 11,266 square foot carpet space and a 1,300 square foot private deck. Ranveer Singh and his family also get exclusive use of a total of 19 parking spaces. Given that Singh and Padukone each possess a lot of expensive vehicles, the couple absolutely needs this area.

In Bandra West’s Bandstand neighbourhood, a residential skyscraper is now being built. An ancient building is currently being renovated. The current inhabitants will reside in the lower floors.

The sale was finalised and this pricey acquisition was made by the organisation Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, of which Ranveer Singh and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani are both directors. The Singhs were also compelled to pay a significant stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore for the pricey acquisition.

The average price of real estate in this area is Rs 1 lakh per square foot. The apartment has a view of the ocean and is close to Salman Khan’s mansion, Galaxy and Shahrukh Khan’s, Mannat.

With a 4BHK apartment in Prabhadevi valued at Rs 16 crore, a 40 crore Beaumonde Towers apartment in Mumbai, and an apartment in Khar, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone already have a remarkable real estate portfolio. The pair also made an investment in an Alibag mansion, which cost them Rs 22 crore in 2021.

In terms of work, Singh will appear with Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, and Varun Sharma in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus. In addition, the actor is busy working on the Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, a film by Karan Johar that also stars Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Dharmendra.
