Let%u2019s find out how much fiber is in an apple. An apple contains about 5 grams compared to the 3 grams in an orange. (Apple beats orange here? Well, orange still has a chance to score).

What about oranges? They keep low profile, unlike apples
This thick-skinned, juicy, peelable fruit is an excellent source of Vitamin C and is a powerful antioxidant that contains what the body needs to develop and repair tissue, blood vessels, bones, and skin. So if you feel low and sleepy in the office, orange is your best bet.

In 100 grams of orange, there are about 45-50 calories. In addition, oranges contain 72 mg of calcium and 326 mg of potassium compared to 7 mg of calcium and 117 mg of potassium in apples. What%u2019s the big deal here? This helps regulate the contraction of the heart muscle, thereby maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. An orange loses to the apple on the fibre side.
