South Africa captain Temba Bavuma won the toss and elected to ball against India on Sunday. The second T20 international is being held at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, Assam.

India goes into the game with an unchanged squad. Batter Lungi Ngidi will come in for Tabraiz Shamsi. “This one looks like a different pitch. We want to do the job with the ball and then the batters to finish it off”, Bavuma said at the toss.

The Indian squad will look to seal the series with a 2-0 score. India won the previous game in Thiruvananthapuram. The bowling side showed skill in the opening overs. South Africa was restricted to a score of 106 with eight batters being dismissed.

“Not too sure how the conditions will be. When I touched the pitch there was some stickiness and we gotta be a little cautious at the start. We got solid batting line-up and it will be a challenge upfront”, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma said.

Here are the playing XI for India and South Africa:

India: KL Rahul, Rohit Sharma(c), Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant(w), Dinesh Karthik, Axar Patel, Ravichandran Ashwin, Harshal Patel, Deepak Chahar, Arshdeep Singh.
