Richardson faced difficulty when attempting to cross the goal line in Sunday’s loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The rookie quarterback was visibly upset and clearly in pain, but he could escape the field without assistance.

Gardner Minshew was named Richardson’s replacement. It’s worth noting that Richardson did not seek examination in the blue tent, presumably because the game was about to end. Unfortunately, he did not return to the game.

The Colts selected Richardson in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. This season, he is anticipated to be a backup quarterback, but he has the potential to be a starter in the future.

He is a gifted quarterback with a lot of potential. He is a dual-threat quarterback capable of making plays with his arm and legs and an excellent athlete who can sprint and scramble. Though, he is still a rookie in the NFL and is still learning the game. He does, however, have the potential to be a good NFL quarterback.
