Ezekiel Elliot scored the first touchdown for the Dallas Cowboys, against the New York Giants at the AT&T Stadium. The two sides locked horns Thursday on Thanksgiving day. 

While Elliot, popularly known as Zeke, continued his touchdown run from last week, several Tony Pollard fantasy owners was furious.

Pollard was Dallas’ hero in their 40-3 win over Minnesota. The running back rushed 15 times for 80 yards, adding six catches for 109 additional yards and two touchdowns. 

However, against New York on Thursday, Pollard’s snap count was two after the first two drives. Elliot had nine out of 11 plays.

“hahaha as soon as i put money on Tony Pollard they give Zeke the ball every down,” a Twitter user said.

“Get this washed freak Zeke out the game and let Pollard cook,” another one added. 

“@dallascowboys if you wanna win this game give the damn ball to Tony Pollard. Y’all are the only team that tries the hardest to do what doesn’t work,” a third one added.

The Cowboys opened the second quarter by getting their first six points of the Thanksgiving game. Running back Ezekiel Elliott took a run up by the  middle six yards for a score. Kicker Brett Maher made the extra point to give Dallas a 7-3 lead. 

Saquon Barkley, of the New York Giants, then responded with a touchdown. Graham Gano scored the extra point to give the Giants the lead back. The score was 10-7.
