James Cook of the Buffalo Bills was one of the standout performances in Week 13. The running back rushed for as many as 64 yards in 14 attempts and inspired his side’s win over the New England Patriots. The 23-year-old brother of Dalvin Cook dominated RB1 Devin Singletary on all fronts.

Several injuries and standout rookie performances were major influencers for Opoyi’s week 14 waiver wire list. We’re providing the priority order in which to target players as well as suggestions for how much of your Free Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB) to use.

James Cook (Recommended FAAB: 20% of overall budget) 

The Buffalo Bills running back is the top waiver wire pick for Week 13. He rushed 14 times for 64 yards in the team’s win over the New England Patriots. Cook added 41 additional yards in six receptions, outscoring RB1 Devin Singletary on all fronts. 

Cam Akers (Recommended FAAB: 12% of overall budget) 

The Los Angeles Rams running back rushed 17 times for 60 yards and scored his first touchdown since Week 3. 

Zonovan Knight (Recommended FAAB: 7% of overall budget) 

The New York Jets running back rushed 15 times for 90 yards in his team’s loss against the Minnesota Vikings. He added five receptions for an additional 28 yards. Knight was consistent all game and had a burst away run of 48 yards. 

Jerick McKinnon (Recommended FAAB: 7% of overall budget) 

Against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs running back scored 9.18 fantasy points. He caught three of his six targets for 26 yards. 

Corey Davis (Recommended FAAB: 5% of overall budget) 

The New York Jets WR caught five of his 10 targets for 85 yards in Week 13. He is running as WR2 behind Garrett Wilson and is expected to match him in the next week. 

Nico Collins (Recommended FAAB: 5% of overall budget) 

The Houston Texans wide receiver had three receptions on 10 targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in his side’s loss vs Cleveland Browns on Sunday. He led the Texans WR with Brandin Cooks out.

DJ Chark (Recommended FAAB: 5% of overall budget) 

The Detroit Lions wide receiver posted season-high of 98 yards by receiving five of his six targets against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. 

Alexander Mattison (Recommended FAAB: 5% of overall budget) 

The Minnesota Vikings running back rushed the ball three times for 14 yards and a touchdown against the New York Jets. He added two receptions for four yards. 

Tony Jones Jr. (Recommended FAAB: 5% of overall budget) 

The Seattle Seahawks running back rushed seven times for 14 yards and received two of his four targets for 18 yards against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.  

Jahan Dotson (Recommended FAAB: 3% of overall budget) 

The Washington Commanders wide receiver caught five of nine targets for 54 yards and one touchdown in his team’s 20-20 tie against the New York Giants. Dotson finished the game with second-most targets for a Commanders WR. 

Trent Scherfield (Recommended FAAB: 2% of overall budget) 

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver received one catch from three targets for a 75-yard touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. His score came on the first play for the team. 

Greg Dulcich (Recommended FAAB: 2% of overall budget) 

The Denver Broncos tight end caught six of his eight targets for 85 yards against the Baltimore Ravens. Dulcich led the Broncos in targets, receptions and receiving yards in Week 13. 

Evan Engram (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The Jacksonville Jaguars tight end caught five of his even targets for 30 yards in his side’s loss vs the Detroit Lions. He scored a touchdown. 

Isaiah Hodgins (Recommended FAAB: 1% of overall budget) 

The New York Giants wide receiver secured five of his six targets for 44 yards and a touchdown against the Washington Commanders. For the Giants, he finished second in receptions, receiving yards and targets.
