Jaylen Waddle, wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, did not join the team in an offensive drive in the fourth quarter of their Week 15 game against the Buffalo Bills. The two teams locked horns at the Highmark Stadium on Saturday.

Miami finished the third quarter with a 26-21 lead. Waddle, who scored a touchdown in the game, was missing when the Dolphins came out to start the drive.

Waddle had reportedly gone to the locker room. ESPN’s Dan Graziano’s reported that the wide receiver was questionable to return before he returned to action. Meanwhile, fans kept questioning: “Where is Jaylen Waddle?”

“Where is Jaylen Waddle?” a Twitter user asked. 

“Jaylen Waddle just ran out of the tunnel and back to the Dolphins’ sideline,” another one noted. 

“Where’s jaylen waddle we need the penguin back,” a third one said. 

Buffalo Bills (11-3) won the game 32-29, clinching their fourth consecutive playoff berth.

The home team had a 29-21 deficit on their hands with two drives to go. Quarterback Josh Allen tied the game with a 5-yard pass to Dawson Knox. The Bills completed a two-point play. 

Allen was in-charge of a 15-play, 86-yard drive that ate up the final 5:56 to set up kicker Tyler Bass’ field goal.

Allen threw four touchdown passes to increase his career total to 171 (including one receiving), and tie former Miami quarterback Dan Marino for the most by an NFL player in the first five seasons of his career.

Miami Dolphins (8-6) entered the weekend in second place and as the AFC’s sixth seed. They’ve now lost three in a row in their bid to qualify for the postseason for the first time since 2016.
