Josh Johnson replaced Brock Purdy as the quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC title game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. The two sides locked horns at the Lincoln Financial Field.

Purdy injured his elbow midway through the first half. He was questionable to return and Johnson took on as quarterback.

His two passes came in the final drive of a 35-7 blowout win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 14.
