Donald Trump, ahead of his Waco rally, announced his Texas leadership team to support his 2024 US Presidential campaign. The list includes 11 Congress members and 4 statewides.

Donald Trump’s Waco rally is underway and several keynote speakers will take the stage before the former president addresses the crowd.

Rock musician and conservative activist Ted Nugent also made an appearance at the presidential campaign rally. He targeted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“I am a guitar player, I have a couple of demands. Secure my border. I have a couple of really good ideas: give me my tax dollars back. I didn’t authorize killing babies at Planned Parenthood….I want my money back. I didn’t authorize any money to Ukraine to some homosexual weirdo,” he said as crowds cheered.

The musician was referring to the military and humanitarian support that the Biden administration has been sending to Ukraine to help defeat Russia in the war that President Vladimir Putin started last year.

Another keynote speaker who took the stage was representative Matt Gaetz of Florida who wasted no time firing up the Texas crowd. The Florida lawmaker called for both Senator Ted Cruz and Governor Ron DeSantis to support Donald Trump to become president in 2024.

Lt. Gov Dan Patrick, Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller, and U.S. Rep. Wesley Hunt of Houston also addressed the crowd.

Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver a speech at 6 pm ET in Waco where he is having his first campaign rally for the 2024 presidential election. Texas has been branded by Trump’s website as “Trump Country” in reference to state crowds who selected candidates he endorsed in past elections.

Recently, Trump was in the news after he said he was to be arrested by New York authorities as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged hush payments to former porn star Stormy Daniels. However, that did not occur.
