BTS is probably going to make history at the 63rd edition of the Grammy Awards by becoming the first musical act from South Korea to lift the trophy and this is the reason why the world is waiting for the annual awards ceremony that is scheduled to take place on March 15. 

The K-pop band has been nominated in Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their smash “Dynamite”. They share nominations along with Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande’s ‘Rain on Me’, Taylor Swift and Bon Iver’s ‘Exile’, Justin Bieber and Quavo’s ‘Intentions’, J Balvin, Bad Bunny and Dua Lipa’s ‘Un Dia (One Day).

During one of the interviews in the run-up to Grammys 2021, BTS leader RM has said that he is not pinning hopes on a win but if they do, it’s definitely going to be a landmark moment in the band’s history.

The band’s vocalist Park Jimin, in one of the interviews, said that he has a feeling they will win.

‘Dynamite’ has already broken many records ever since its release on August 21, 2020. From achieving number one spot at the Billboard Hot 100 chart to making Guinness World Records with its YouTube views, the song has all the chances to create history at Grammys.

BTS includes seven members namely Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook, and the band made its debut in 2013.
