According to police, a former middle school monitor in Pennsylvania, Megan Carlisle, has been charged with a long list of offenses involving the sexual exploitation of at least one pupil at the school where she worked.

Who is Megan Carlisle?
The accused has been identified as Megan Carlisle. She allegedly grabbed a teen during an in-school punishment that lasted all day and followed it indulging in “sexual activity” in her car that evening. According to a news release by Northwest Regional Police, the 37-year-old also allegedly sent the 15-year-old kid and his 16-year-old friend sexual photos and videos of herself.
This alleged sexual encounters with an underage minor took place while she worked as a paraprofessional and in-school suspension monitor for the Elizabethtown Area School District in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
As per alleged police reports, Carlisle “engaged in sexual activity” with the victim in her car on April 28 and then she then transferred him $20 via Cash App for food. She allegedly purchased him vape pods the following day after he requested for them as well.
According to a press release from the Northwest Regional Police Department, Carlisle, of Elizabethtown, is accused of one count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, institutional sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, and dissemination of sexual materials to a minor.
“The investigation also discovered the images and videos made by Carlisle have been sent and shared to an unknown number of other students in Elizabethtown School,” the Northwest Regional police said in a press release. As part of their ongoing investigation, police examined her home, car, and mobile because they suspect there are a “large number of victims” in this case.

The claims were originally brought to the attention of the school district on May 3, and they were then reported to the police and Childline, a hotline for reporting child abuse. Carlisle is now being held in Lancaster County Prison on $200,000 bail.
