People attending Wiz Khalifa‘s concert at Indiana’s Ruoff Music Center on Friday night fled the venue after one of them shouted about a possible shooting. Police are yet to confirm the shooting.
Ruoff Music Center, which is an outdoor amphitheatre located in Noblesville, is the largest outdoor music venue in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. It has 6,147 seats under a pavilion and 18,000 general admission lawn seats. Ruoff Music Center does not allow weapons on the property.

As per Indystar, the music at the rapper’s concert was stopped mid-performance and he and his band were taken off the stage as people began to flee. Some of the attendees shared videos and photos on social media.
“Was in Indy for the wiz Khalifa logic concert and apparently shots were fired we all scrambled out of there. Ambulances rolled in. Don’t know what the fuck is going on. #WizKhalifa #logic #indy #Ruoff #Livenation” one person tweeted.

Another person added, “No more concerts for me. 💯 (They didn’t Check none of us!) I just had to run for my f—–g life at the Wiz Khalifa concert. Mfas was shooting. 🙏🏽 Thank God he was with me.”
Police vehicles and ambulances were seen in the parking lots.
In 2014, a man was fatally shot backstage at a Wiz Khalifa rap concert in Northern California. The 38-year-old man was shot multiple times at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View. He was rushed to a local hospital where he succumbed to injuries
“This was a senseless tragedy,” Khalifa had said in a post on Twitter at the time. “Violence is never the answer. My prayers go out to the victim’s family.”
