Dream, the Minecraft YouTuber, has been accused of grooming in a series of social media posts that have now been deleted, WIN.GG reported. The alleged victim claimed on Twitter that the Minecraft content creator sexually harassed her two years ago when she was just 17.

Dream, who had been creating content with his face behind a veil, revealed his identity last week for the first time. However, the spotlight on his huge reveal was taken away by the recent sexual harassment allegations.

The victim also shared screenshots of her alleged interactions with the 23-year-old content creator, claiming that he was on a burner phone when it all happened. She also claimed that Dream started talking to her on Twitter, but later moved to Snapchat as he felt safer about not getting caught over it.

“None of it is appropriate for a ‘fan’ and influencer to be this close especially since I was 17 and in high school and he knew that,” she said in the tweet.

After the incident became public, other young women also came forward and shared their alleged interaction with the YouTuber, in which they alleged that he acted inappropriately. On October 14, Twitter was abuzz with the hashtag #DreamIsAFreak as it quickly started trending.

The girl who brought up the first allegations of sexual harassment with Dream also narrated her experience in a Twitter video. In the video, she also showed interactions between her and the official Dream Instagram account. She explained that since their conversation moved to Snapchat, they started sexting.

“I didn’t save any messages. That’s because I wanted him to trust me. I thought I was genuinely building a bond with my favorite YouTuber. But boy was I wrong,” she said. “The only reason I’m speaking up about this is because somebody else did.” the girl said in the video.

Dream, however, has not yet responded to the allegations.
