American filmmaker J.J. Abrams is planning a sequel to Constantine, the 2005 movie where Keanu Reeves plays the eponymous master of the occult. Directed by Francis Lawrence, Constantine is an American superhero horror film. Based on DC Comics’ Hellblazer comic book, Reeves’ character is shown discerning and communicating with half-angels and half-gods wandering the earth.

The horror film is about an angelic civil war on earth. A homicide detective, Thomas Daggett discovers a lethal prophecy after one day when an eyeless hermaphroditic corpse appears. Soon, he realises he has to deal with Gabriel, an archangel, along with the help of a young girl.

Fallen (1998)

Detective John Hobbes, who is after serial killer Edgar Reese, discovers Azazel – a cursed fallen angel. Azazel is cursed to roam the earth, capable of switching between bodies with just a glance. Hobbes is supposed to kill him before he harms his family and friends. 

Priest (2011)

The plot of this movie revolves around a Vampire Warrior Priest, who was made to live among tyrannized humans in walled-in dystopian cities. In due course, he must fight a gang of vampires who have kidnapped his niece, once again.

The Last Witch Hunter (2015)

Evil supernatural beings are released on Earth to bring the Black Death. Kaudler among many witch hunters was able to kill the Queen Witch who cursed him with immortality and separation from his family. After the Queen Witch has been resurrected, Kaudler must fight alone to kill her.
