A new set image of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” surfacing
online hints that there will be underwater scenes in the movie. The movie is a
sequel of ‘Black Panther’ the film released in 2017. Filming of the forthcoming
movie
is currently underway in Atlanta, Georgia, with sneak peeks of the sets
being built recently.

The film’s plot specifics are still tightly under wraps, but
the returning cast members have teased what to expect from the film. Sherlock
actor, Martin Freeman said that some parts of the script were odd.

While Lupita
Nyong’o revealed that the film’s story was reshaped to pay respects to actor
Chadwick Boseman who played the legendary T’Challa. Chadwick Boseman died in
2020 after years of quietly battling cancer.

Also, President Kevin Feige said that they’re committed to
making the prolific thespian proud of the work that they will do in the sequel
movie.

An Instagram user, sinny8 shared a new image from Tyler Perry Studios in
Atlanta showing a big tank with a camera crane on the side. The photo caption
read: “Doing a little diving in the Black Panther Tank today! Let’s have some
fun!”

This clearly backs up the theory of Namor the Submariner
being introduced in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. This was first hinted at after
Okoye mentioned Wakanda experiencing earthquakes underwater.

Also recently reports
have claimed that Tenoch Huerta has joined the cast to play Namor. Although these
are still unconfirmed and nothing has officially been said by the production
team. It is also possible that the underwater scene has nothing to do with
Namor and Atlantis. The movie will likely focus on other parts of the advanced
country.

Given all the evidence that has been revealed till now, it
seems the team is planning on bringing Namor of the Marvel comics in the
MCU.  It makes sense that Marvel Studio will
do it in the most organic way possible through Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
