across social media during the Week 13 Sunday Night Football match between
Dallas Cowboys and Indianapolis Colts. The game is played at the AT&T
Stadium in Dallas. Collinsworth was trolled for some of his comments in this
game. For instance, he called the Indianapolis Colts ‘underdogs against Dallas
Cowboys’ which led to various fans criticizing Cris.

Cris Collinsworth is an American sports broadcaster and
former professional American football player. He was a wide receiver in the
National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals. Currently, he is a
television broadcaster for NBC, Showtime, and the NFL Network. He has won 17
Sports Emmy Awards. He also owns a majority stake in Pro Football Focus.

second round of the 1981 NFL Draft. He spent his entire eight-year career with
the Bengals. In his debut season, Collinsworth was the team’s leading receiver.
He set the Bengals franchise record for receptions by a rookie with 67, the
most by an NFL rookie wide receiver in 21 years. He crossed 1,000 yards
receiving four times in 1981, 1983, 1985, and 1986. He was named to the Pre
Bowl in 1981,1982 and 1983. He finished his eight-season NFL career with 417
receptions for 6,698 yards and 36 touchdowns in 107 games.

Abraham Lincoln “Abe” Collinsworth and Donetta Browning Collinsworth.
His younger brother’s name is Greg Collinsworth. He lives in Fort Thomas,
Kentucky, with his wife, Holly (Bankemper) Collinsworth. She is an attorney.
The couple has four children. His son, Austin, is a former football player and
team captain at the University of Notre Dame. His younger son, Jac, also
attended Notre Dame and was a features reporter for ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown
before joining his father at NBC.
