Week 3 of the 2022 NFL season began with the Cleveland Browns beating the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-17 in Thursday night football. After a defeat against the New York Jets in Week 2, the Browns returned to winning ways with a strong victory. In other games, the Baltimore Ravens beat the New England Patriots, whereas the Indianapolis Colts defeated the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

Running backs put up a spectacular performance in Week 3 of the 2022 NFL season. From Khaleel Herbert to James Robinson, the running backs delivered good performances this week.

Here are the top running backs from Week 3. 

Khalil Herbert (Chicago Bears)

The Chicago Bears beat the Houston Texans 23-20 in a closely contested match on Sunday. Herbert, who came on the field as a replacement for injured David Montgomery, registered 20 carries for 157 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 receptions for 12 yards. 

Jamaal Williams (Detroit Lions)

The Detroit Lions were beaten 24-28 against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. However, Williams recorded 20 carries for 87 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 receptions for 20 yards.

Derrick Henry (Tennessee Titans)

The Tennessee Titans beat the Las Vegas Raiders 24-22 on Sunday. Henry made 20 carries for 85 yards, 1 touchdown, and 5 receptions for 58 yards in the game.

Devin Singletary (Buffalo Bills)

The Buffalo Bills were beaten 19-21 by the Miami Dolphins in Week 3 of the 2022 NFL season. 25-year-old Singletary registered 9 carries for 13 yards, 9 receptions for 78 yards and 1 rushing touchdown in the game.

James Robinson (Jacksonville Jaguars)

The Jacksonville Jaguars registered a huge 38-10 victory against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3. Robinson registered 17 carries for 100 yards, 1 touchdown and 3 receptions for 16 yards in the game.

Rhamondre Stevenson (New England Patriots)

The New England Patriots were beaten 26-37 by the Ravens on Sunday. Stevenson, however, was one of the best players on the field as he registered 12 carries for 73 yards, 1 touchdown and 4 receptions for 28 yards. 

Nick Chubb (Cleveland Browns)

The Cleveland Browns registered a 29-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Thursday night football. Chubb made 23 carries for 113 yards and 1 touchdown in the game.

Dameon Pierce (Houston Texans)

Arguably the best player for the Texans in their Sunday’s loss against the Ravens. The 22-year-old recorded 20 carries for 80 yards, 1 touchdown, 2 receptions for 21 yards and 2 fumbles in the game.

Cordarrelle Patterson (Atlanta Falcons)

The Atlanta Falcons beat the Seattle Seahawks 27-23 on Sunday. Patterson was one of the brightest sparks in the game as he registered 17 carries for 141 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 reception for 12 yards. 

Chase Edmonds (Miami Dolphins)

The Miami Dolphins beat the Buffalo Bills 21-19 on Sunday. 26-year-old Edmonds registered 6 carries for 21 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 reception for 6 yards in the game.
