The third week of the 2022 NFL Season was a roller coaster ride for many teams. Some favorites lost their games while some teams that were expected to lose surprisingly won. The week began with the clash between AFC North giants, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers. The Browns were victorious in the game with a score of 27-19.
The biggest shock for this week came in the form of the Indianapolis Colts, who defeated the Kansas City Chiefs, 20-17. The match was played at the Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Colts.

Also on this day, there were some great performances by young wide receivers. Let’s have a look at the top wide receivers from SNF: –
1) DeVonta Smith (Philadelphia Eagles): The ‘Skinny Batman’ of the Eagles had a phenomenal second game of the season. He had 169 receiving yards in just eight receptions and one touchdown. The player was targeted 12 times throughout the game against the Washington Commanders this week.
2) Mack Hollins (Las Vegas Raiders): In a week where the star wide receiver did not play a good game, Mack Hollins took the receiving pressure on his head. He ended the game against the Tennessee Titans with one touchdown in eight receptions for 158 yards.
3) Amari Cooper (Cleveland Browns): The Browns wide receiver had a second consecutive 100+ yards receiving game, as he ended the match versus the Pittsburgh Steelers with 101 receiving yards and a touchdown in 7 receptions.
4) Chris Olave (New Orleans Saints): The New Orleans Saints were defeated in Week 3 by the Carolina Panthers, 22-14. Still, Olave was a shining spot for the losing team as he had 147 receiving yards in 9 receptions but did not have a touchdown.

5) Tyler Boyd (Cincinnati Bengals): Boyd had a decent game against the New York Jets as the Bengals won their first game of this season this week. The 27-year-old ended the match with 105 receptions in just 4 receptions and also had a touchdown to his name.
6) Devante Parker (New England Patriots): The Baltimore Ravens were led by Lamar Jackson’s four touchdowns in a 37-26 victory at New England. Mac Jones, QB for the Patriots threw three interceptions in the game, but WR Parker had a satisfactory game for his play and ended with 156 receiving yards in five receptions.
7) Isiah McKenzie (Buffalo Bills): The Bills wide receiver registered one touchdown in 7 catches against the Miami Dolphins as the team had a surprise defeat at the hand of the Dolphins.
8) Romeo Doubs (Green Bay Packers): The Packers handed the Buccs their first loss of the season. The Buccs did not have the services of their two main players: Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Doubs received a TD pass from QB Aaron Rodgers to end the game with 73 receiving yards in eight receptions.
9) A.J Brown (Philadelphia Eagles): The ‘Swole Batman’ celebrated his first TD for his new team with a Batman celebration. He ended the game with 85 receiving yards in 5 passes thrown.
10) Zay Jones (Jacksonville Jaguars): The 27-year-old WR played a significant role as the Jaguars shocked the Chargers 38-10 at their home. He closed out this week with one touchdown with 85 receiving yards in 10 receptions.
