The Cleveland Browns took on the Pittsburgh Steelers to begin week 3 of the 2022 NFL season. The Browns started their season with a win but were defeated in a closely contested match in week 2 against the New York Jets. However, they started week 3 on a strong note, going 7-0 up in the first quarter against the Steelers, much of the courtesy to Nick Chubb.
The 26-year-old running back started the game with a first-down run in the first quarter. However, the highlight of Chubb’s performance in the first quarter came later when he made a spectacular 37-yard carry. The sprint received praise by fans and pundits alike.

Chubb registered 8 carriers for 58 yards, with an average of 7.3 yards per carry till the time of writing this article. The Browns star has been in a fiery form since the beginning of the 2022 NFL season and was rated 86.7 by the PFF Fantasy Football, the highest among all running backs in the league.

Chubb registered 17 carries for 87 yards, 3 touchdowns and 3 receptions against the New York Jets in week 2. He was also impressive in the opening week of the 2022 NFL season, registering 22 carries for 141 yards and 1 reception against the Carolina Panthers. The 26-year-old has registered 947 carries for 5,044 yards, 39 touchdowns, 96 receptions for 779 yards, 3 rushing touchdowns and 6 fumbles in his career.
He is also the joint-highest touchdown scorer (3) among all running backs in the NFL in the 2022 season. Chubb has also registered a total of 39 carries in the ongoing season, the fourth highest in the league, for 228 yards, which is the second highest in the NFL 2022 season.
