Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has made an unexpected revelation: his eagerly anticipated cage match against Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be aired live on Twitter. Musk announced the news on Twitter and said that all event earnings would be donated to a veterans’ organization.

Zuckerberg proposed that they “use a more reliable platform that can actually raise money for charity” in response to Musk’s announcement that the fight would be “live-streamed on X”. He also Also expressing his enthusiasm for the game, the CEO of Meta asserted that he “will continue competing with people who train no matter what happens here.”

According to TMZ, Zuck and Musk are both up for getting physical in the UFC octagon. The Italian Foreign Ministry and UFC had really discussed staging the fight at the Coliseum, but TMZ reports it won’t be happening.

For most of the past ten years, the two billionaires have been involved in a back-and-forth game of professional and personal one-upmanship. Since Zuckerberg swiftly launched Threads in response to Musk’s struggles during his takeover of Twitter, their antagonism has only grown.

In June, Musk suggested on Twitter that he would engage Zuckerberg in a physical cage match as a result of some back-and-forth. The following day, Zuckerberg confirmed his willingness, and the two men began negotiations with Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, in charge. Musk later stated in an online conversation that it appeared as though the fight “might actually happen.”

Additionally, according to TMZ, it will probably take months for the even if the fight is finalized. According to insiders, Zuck has been spending a lot of time training while Elon needs more time. Musk towers over him at 6’2″ and 230 lbs, while Zuck is only 5’7″ and 150 lbs. Musk is also taller and heavier than him.
