Rishabh Pant became the Indian wicketkeeper to hold the record for the highest score on foreign soil in Tests, ODIs and T20Is when he scored 125* off 113 balls against England in the third ODI of the series in July 2022.

Pant has been in fine form across all three formats of cricket. He has scored 840 runs in 27 matches in ODI, with an average of 36.52. The Indian wicketkeeper made his ODI debut against West Indies in October 2018. Since then, he has gone strength to strength to cement his spot in the Indian team.

In Tests, he has scored 2123 runs from 53 innings at an average of 43.33. His highest score in Tests came against Australia in 2019, when Cheteshwar Pujara (193) and Pant’s partnership helped India to come back on track against the Aussies. He made his Test debut against England in Trent Bridge, in August, 2018.

A dependable figure in the Indian team, Pant has also scored 768 runs in the format from 50 matches, with an average of 22.59. He made his T20I debut against England in February 2017 in Chennai. His highest run in the format is 65*, which came against West Indies on August 6, 2019 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana.
