Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani during the 44th AGM announced that Reliance and Facebook are aiming to create an integration between online grocery delivery service JioMart and WhatsApp.

%u201CWith Facebook, we have launched an initial set of integrations between WhatsApp and JioMart on a trial basis and the response from WhatsApp and JioMart customers is encouraging along with lots of valuable feedback,%u201D Ambani said.

He further added that Reliance Retail has more than 12,000 stores in the country currently and it sold 18 crore units of apparel and footwear last year, equal to the entire population of Germany, UK, and Spain.
