The National Testing Agency (NTA) on July 11, Monday declared the results of the Joint Exam Main (JEE Main) 2022 result. Over 7 lakh students appeared for the session 1 exams in June. The result for the JEE Main 2022 session 1 for BE, Btech, the examination can be checked on the official website of NTA – jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The candidates can check and download their results for session 1, 2022 by logging in with their application number, date of birth and security pin. The candidates who have cleared session 1 will stand eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam 2022. The results for the JEE Advance 2022 will be released post the session 2 exams. 

The JEE Mains was conducted by the NTA from June 20 to June 29, 2022. The JEE Main result for BArch paper 2 is awaited. NTA is yet to provide updates regarding the cut-off marks and paper 2 results. 

Candidates can check their JEE MAIN session 1 result by following these steps

  1. Go to the official website of NTA – jeemain.nta.nic.in
  2. Tap on the link that reads, “Download Score Card of JEE(Main) Session 1-Paper 1”
  3. Enter the log-in details including application number, date of birth and security pin 
  4. JEE Main Result 2022 session 1 paper 1 will appear on the screen.
  5. Download the scorecard for the June session.

JEE Main 2022 session 2 registrations are currently happening as they were reopened for the candidates on jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA has scheduled to conduct the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 exams on July 21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29 and 30, 2022.

The result will have details about the percentile scores of candidates in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and an aggregate score in percentile. Candidates will be eligible to take admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs on the basis of their scores in JEE Main 2022 result. The top 2.5 lakh candidates will qualify to appear in JEE Advanced for admission in IITs.
