The addition to Disney Plus’ expanding array of Star Wars shows, titled “Ahsoka,” is set to arrive sooner than anticipated. This new series reintroduces the Jedi outcast, Ahsoka Tano (portrayed by Rosario Dawson), to our screens. Originally scheduled for release on August 23, 2023, the premiere date has been slightly advanced.

The revised release time, at 6:00 PM PT on Tuesday, August 22, still technically aligns with the 23rd in the UK. However, this adjustment allows enthusiastic fans to indulge in the new series at 2:00 AM GMT.

Taking place in the aftermath of the Empire’s downfall, during the same time frame as “The Mandalorian,” the upcoming series will delve into the narrative of Ahsoka Tano. Rosario Dawson, who embodies the iconic Jedi in both “The Mandalorian” and “The Book of Boba Fett,” will continue her portrayal in this new installment. The series is poised to delve deeper into Ahsoka’s origins and history.
