Imagine you’re on a long road trip, binge-watching your favourite show on Netflix when suddenly the spinning wheel of horror appears and you realise that you have burned out your entire mobile data. And there’s no Wi-Fi connection you can catch hold of.

Sounds scary, doesn’t it? Well, don’t worry, Netflix has got you covered! Now you can download films and episodes of series on Netflix and watch it offline, anytime, anywhere on the go.

Just follow the simple steps listed below:

1. Get the latest updated version of Netflix

Firstly, make sure the Netflix application you are using is updated. If you are using the app on Android or iOS, update the application from the app store. If you are using Netflix for Windows 10, you can easily update the app by going to the taskbar/Start menu, go to the user icon and select Downloads/Updates. Check for the updates for Netflix and if available, the application will start getting updated.

2. Select Download quality

Before you start off downloading your favourite shows or films, first go to the Settings. Netflix offers two qualities for downloads, 720p and 1080p resolution. Select any of them as per your device storage and data requirements. You can easily find the Downloads section in the App settings when you click on the Menu tab.
