Season 1
showed us how the professor faked his identity as Salva Martin and made the
inspector, Raquel Murillo fall in love with him. Raquel continued to fall
deeply for him given the fact that she had no idea he was the professor behind
the operation. The professor had no feelings for her at first; he only wanted
to know what was going on and what the police were planning, but with time he
developed strong affections for her as well.

By the
course of the first season, Raquel had realised that the person she had fallen
for was none other than the professor, whom she despised and wished to destroy
but couldn’t. She intended to give him over to the cops and have him arrested,
but she ended up joining the gang. This demonstrated that she had fallen in
love with him. It is established that she was unconcerned about his
identification and went away with him, oblivious to the police and the laws
that Raquel, as an inspector, was bound by.

her life, admirers question if he truly loves her. Or is it all a trick?
