The 58-year-old actor wore a brown skirt showing off his multiple tattoos, including one of a rhinoceros and another depicting a skull. He also paired it with a brown jacket along with a pink shirt, black combat boots and a pair of sunglasses.
In an interview to Variety, Brad Pitt gave an explanation for this look. He said, “I don’t know! We’re all going to die, so let’s mess it up.”

Many fashion celebrities also commented on his look. Jessica Glasscock, a fashion historian and lecturer at Parsons School of Design, told Grid, “It’s giving a rich, the ’90s, new-age traveler energy. Sort of frat boy goes to Thailand for a rave and stays to master yoga and write a roman à clef about self-discovery outside the bounds of American consumerism.”
Brad Pitt had predicted long back about men wearing skirts during the promotion of his 2004 film Troy. In an interview with Vogue, he said, “Men will be wearing skirts by next summer. That’s my prediction and proclamation. The film answers to both genders. We were going for realism and Greeks wore skirts all the time then.”
It is not the first time that he experimented with women’s wear. He had to wear a leather skirt and also many different types of costumes for the Rolling Stone cover shoot as well in the movie Troy.
The film Bullet Train will be released on August 5, 2022. The film is about five assassins who find themselves on a fast-moving bullet train from Tokyo to Morioka with only a few stops in between. It is directed by David Leitch and is based on the Japanese novel Maria Beetle which was written by Kotaro Isaka.
