Chennai Super Kings player Deepak Chahar proposed to his girlfriend Jaya Bhardwaj in the stands after the IPL match against Punjab Kings on Thursday.

The right-arm medium-fast bowler also shared photos of the proposal on his Instagram handle.
“Picture says it all. Need all your blessings taken,” he captioned the post.
The video of the proposal has gone viral on Twitter with people congratulating the couple.
“Deepak Chahar proposed his girlfriend. What a moment,” one person wrote.
“Deepak Chahar has just proposed to his girlfriend in the stands! And it looks like she said YES!” commented another person.

Indian Premier League’s official Twitter handle also shared the video of their proposal and congratulated the couple.
Jaya Bhardwaj is reality TV star Sidharth Bhardwaj’s sister. She reportedly works in a corporate firm in Delhi and prefers staying away from the glamour world’s limelight.
Reports that came out last month stated that both Deepak and Jaya are extremely serious about their relationship and marriage was on the cards.
Meanwhile, KL Rahul’s unbeaten 98 guided Punjab Kings to win over Chennai Super Kings on Thursday.
Deepak Chahar didn’t really have a great day with the ball as he gave away 48 runs in his four-over spell while picking up Mayank Agarwal’s wicket.
Ahead of the game against Punjab, Chahar said he made changes to his style after last season.
“I took experience from last year when we played in the UAE. I knew what line and length I had to bowl. There is some help for the bowlers on this Dubai pitch compared to last year. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have been slower surfaces. So if you bowl in the right areas, you will get the return. I worked on my bowling during the offseason,” Chahar said.
