Recently, Facebook rolled out its all-new %u2018Off Facebook Activity%u201D, which allows users to disable their activity if they do not want the social media giant to track their online activity.

Earlier in 2018, soon after the Cambridge Analytica Scandal, where Facebook was accused of accessing the personal information of 50 million users, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg promised a feature called a %u2018clear history%u2019 tool, and %u2018Off Facebook Activity%u201D is a renamed version.

Below are few steps to stop Facebook from taking control of your activity:

Step 1- Open the Facebook application and go to the Setting and Privacy option

Step 2- Click on the setting option available on the screen

Step 3- Click on %u201COff Facebook activity%u201D

Once the user has opted for %u2018Off Facebook Activity%u201D, Facebook will no longer see your activity and the users will not get personalised advertisement as per their online activity.
